Surprisingly very impressed by this place - I ordered a bulgogi on rice for lunch takeout last week and it was delicious.
The portion size was very generous and both the beef and japchae noodles were soaked with flavour. I was also really happy that there were small pieces of broccoli embedded in the beef as I often find "takeout meals" to be lacking in vegetables.
At $9.95, it's hard to find anything else in the area that's comparable in price, flavour, and quality. Although - I do think that if it also came with a complimentary miso soup and salad, this meal would be a surefire go-to. -

I love chicken katsu. So when I saw the sign outside the restaurant, I was tickled pink with delight.
This place is equivalent to cafeteria style dining. You order at the counter and I think most people take their food to go, but there are a couple of tables where you can sit down and eat.
I ordered the chicken katsu. Everything was given to me in a plastic bag even though I told them I would be eating at the table. I got a bowl of miso soup that tasted more like slightly flavoured water. The katsu was very crispy on the outside, and on the inside there was barely any chicken as seen in the photos I took. The promo picture has the ideal katsu I would have loved. On top of that, they forgot to give me the sauce for the katsu so I had to ask for it.
The chicken katsu was so crispy and dry that I didn't bother finish eating it.
Normally I root for small establishments, but I can't in this case. -

Just a quick walk from work, this place never disappoints
Wow you get a lot of food for the value!!
Chili chicken bento box is my go to
I love the salad and salad dressing it comes with
Oh and they let me get a dumpling instead of a sushi piece in my bento box, service there is excellent
Be sure to check out this gem on Bay -

Sushi Box is definitely one of my favourite take-out lunch options in the Bay and Wellesley area, particularly their bento boxes. The restaurant itself is small with limited seating, and during the lunch rush I find that the only place I can stand to wait for my order is crowded near the front entrance. Service is generally quick, although I've experienced a few times where the wait was a little long (~10min), probably because it was so busy.
The food itself is great, and I almost always get their chicken katsu bento box ($10.95). The chicken katsu is fresh, crispy and hot, and comes with a nice variety of accompanying dishes: glass noodles, two veggie rolls, salad, rice and miso soup (one time I even received a small chocolate around the winter holidays). Over the years, the size of the chicken has noticeably become smaller and the portion sizes have decreased. Still, considering the quality of the food, and just the convenience of having a full bento-box meal packaged to-go and able to be taken back to the office ot eat, it's good value to me, and I'll keep going back to Sushi Box when I can.
Note: I have yet to use the Ritual App to order food from Sushi Box, but noticed that they recently began to offer this option. The next time I'm in the neighbourhood, I hope I'll have the time to test this out. -

Good food at great price. If you go during lunch hour don't expect to get any seating as it's very limited
